RETURNS: 7 day return policy. Weekends included. • If customer wants to return after the 7 days, we can buy back for that days buy pricing. • If the customer needs a repair within the 7 days, we can repair at a discount. • If the customer needs a repair after the 7 days, the full cost of the repair is on them. • If a customer purchased online and tries to return in store, please contact me first.

DISCOUNTS: • Do not give discounts without permission from Zach. If the situation is urgent, and Zach is not responding, you can give up to a 10% discount. Please do not do this often. • If a customer comes into the store claiming they've been promised a discount on an item in your store, they need to have the verification discount code. The code can be used to purchase online with the promised discount, or in store. Each code starts with CCO. Verify with us before proceeding with the sale. • We do not offer automatic free ANYTHING. If your customer needs an item sized, etc... Talk to Zach about it to see what we can offer them.
AZ STORES: When you transfer items back to PC that is from CA (PM4), Please transfer to Palm Desert and we will receive. Do not transfer PM4's to Processing Center, even if that is where they are going. Thank you!
