The following terms and conditions, along with any additional policies or rules made available by Chorost & Co. (collectively, the “Conditions of Sale”), apply to all purchases of products made by you (the “Customer”) from Chorost & Co., whether through our website at www.chorostco.com, any affiliated mobile or digital applications that reference these Conditions of Sale (collectively, the “Platform”), or by phone through our Client Services Team.
All purchases made via the Platform or by phone are subject to these Conditions of Sale, which govern your relationship with Chorost & Co. (“Chorost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to individuals who made purchases through the Chorost & Co. online platform or by phone through our Client Services Team.
The applicable Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time your order is submitted—either directly by you through our online platform, or on your behalf by a Chorost & Co. representative when ordering through Client Services.
By checking the box indicating “I have read and accept the Conditions of Sale” during the checkout process, you confirm your agreement to these terms. If you do not accept these Conditions of Sale, you will be unable to complete a purchase through Chorost & Co.’s online platform or Client Services Team.
Please note: These Conditions of Sale do not apply to purchases made in person at Chorost & Co. retail locations or through any of our authorized resellers. Separate terms may apply in those cases.
Please review these Conditions of Sale regularly, as they may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of Chorost & Co. By continuing to use our Platform or remaining registered after any updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Conditions of Sale going forward.
If you place an order through the Platform, your agreement to the Conditions of Sale, as they exist at the time of your order, is confirmed by checking the box labeled “I have read and accept the Conditions of Sale” at checkout.
Use of our Platform or communication with our Client Services Team also indicates your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Conditions of Sale by reference. Customers placing orders by phone will be provided access to our Privacy Policy as outlined in the “Acknowledgment of Order” section.
If you do not accept any future updates to these Conditions of Sale, please contact our Client Services Team immediately to cancel your account and discontinue use of the Platform.
Eligibility
Only individuals—not legal entities—who (a) have reached the age of majority (typically eighteen), and (b) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts may purchase products through Chorost & Co.’s online Platform or our Client Services Team.
If you are under the legal age of majority or otherwise unable to enter into a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf and agree to these Conditions of Sale. Any orders placed in violation of this requirement will be considered null and void.
By placing an order with Chorost & Co., you confirm that you are a legitimate end-user customer purchasing for personal use only, and not for resale, distribution, or any commercial purpose. Chorost & Co. reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that appears to violate this policy.
Product Availability & Quantity
All orders placed through the Chorost & Co. Platform are subject to product availability and acceptance by Chorost & Co.
We reserve the right to modify the selection of items offered on our Platform or through our Client Services Team at any time, without prior notice. Additionally, Chorost & Co. may place limits on the quantity of products a customer may purchase in a single transaction or across multiple transactions, without notice. Some products displayed may not be available for sale or delivery in certain states due to regional restrictions.
To view current availability, refer to the product pages on the Platform or contact our Client Services Team. Only products displaying the “Add to Shopping Bag” button are available for immediate online purchase. For additional assistance or to inquire about product availability, you are welcome to reach out to our Client Services Team directly.
Account Registration; Personal Information; Guest Checkout
To place an order through the Chorost & Co. Platform, you may either register and create an online account or proceed as a guest using the “Guest Checkout” option. If you choose to create an account, you’ll be required to provide accurate and current personal information, such as your full legal name, phone number, email address, and confirm that you are of legal age.
If you check out as a guest, you’ll have the option to create a Chorost & Co. account after receiving your Order Confirmation. Please note that any purchases made before account creation will not appear in your account history.
Once your account registration is complete, either by you or with the help of a Client Services representative, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the personal information you submitted. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Chorost & Co. is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized access resulting from third-party use of your account.
For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you use Guest Checkout, we will only use your information to process your order and will not create a permanent account.
When placing an order, you will be asked to provide additional personal details such as shipping and billing addresses, and payment information. For your protection, Chorost & Co. or our third-party providers may collect further information for security and fraud prevention.
By placing an order, you confirm that all personal information provided to Chorost & Co., whether through the Platform or via Client Services, is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Inaccurate or omitted contact information will not exclude you from the conditions of sale. You also confirm that you are the individual identified in the shipping and billing information, unless the order is a gift.
If your information changes, please log in to your account to update it directly or contact our Client Services Team for assistance.
Ordering
Orders
If you are placing an order through the Chorost & Co. Platform, your order will be processed as follows:
After selecting a product, click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your cart. You can continue browsing and add more items (subject to availability and any applicable quantity limits), or proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout.” You may also remove any item from your bag by clicking the “Remove” or “X” next to it.
At checkout, you will be prompted to review your order details, including your contact information, shipping and billing addresses, and payment method. By completing an order, you agree to the conditions laid out in this document. Then, click “Pay Now” to finalize your purchase.
Chorost & Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order at any time. For example, we may cancel an order if there is an unresolved payment issue from a prior transaction, if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or if you have otherwise violated these Conditions of Sale.
Prices, Taxes, & Shipping Costs
All prices listed on product pages of the Chorost & Co. Platform or provided by our Client Services Team are shown in U.S. Dollars.
Chorost & Co. reserves the right to change product prices and delivery fees at any time without prior notice.
Final shipping costs and applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout—before you confirm and place your order—and will also be included in your Order Confirmation. Shipping fees (if applicable) are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Sales and use taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and are not shown on product pages, but will be added to the total at checkout once your delivery address and shipping options are selected.
Sales tax is officially calculated when your order is ready to ship, and the total will be reflected in your Confirmation of Order. If applicable laws change between the time you place your order and the time it is confirmed, resulting in a higher sales tax, we will notify you and request confirmation before proceeding with the order.
If you exchange your Chorost & Co. item at one of our physical locations, please note that local tax differences may apply and could differ from the taxes paid during your original purchase.
Payment by Credit Card
Chorost & Co. accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When placing an order through the Platform, you’ll be required to securely enter your payment information during checkout. If placing an order by phone, our Client Services Team will request your credit or debit card number along with the three- or four-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2/CID) found on your card.
For security and quality assurance, all phone calls with our Client Services Team may be recorded. Any call that includes your payment information is fully encrypted and will be used solely to complete your transaction.
To process your order, Chorost & Co. may conduct security checks on your credit card. By placing an order through the Chorost & Co. Platform or with our Client Services Team, you expressly authorize Chorost & Co. to perform any necessary security and identity verification checks. This may include sharing or retrieving information from third-party services, such as your credit card number or updated account details, to confirm your identity, validate your card, obtain authorization, and process the transaction. You are also agreeing to submit further identifying information, such as photos of your passport or driver’s license, as requested by Chorost & Co. for verification purposes.
We take the protection of your personal information seriously. Chorost & Co. implements a range of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. All pages that collect personal data use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to enhance security.
However, please be aware that no method of internet transmission is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, any data you transmit to us is done at your own risk. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Additionally, Chorost & Co. complies with all applicable U.S. regulations and is prohibited from selling goods to individuals or entities listed on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or to destinations under U.S. sanctions. Any such transactions will be declined.
Payment by PayPal
You may also choose to pay using PayPal, as indicated on the Chorost & Co. Platform during checkout. If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and confirm your payment method and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Please note that when using PayPal, your order may be subject to additional processing times, as payment verification and confirmation are handled externally. In some cases, this may result in longer shipping timelines or delays in order approval, particularly if there are discrepancies in your billing or shipping information.
Additional fees may also apply depending on your PayPal account settings, linked payment sources, or currency conversion charges, especially if your payment is funded through a non-U.S. source or involves third-party bank processing.
Chorost & Co. is not responsible for delays, fees, or issues arising from the use of third-party payment services. We recommend reviewing your PayPal account settings and ensuring your information is up to date to avoid any disruptions during the checkout process.
Payment by Wire Transfer
For orders placed through our Client Services Team, bank wire transfer is an accepted method of payment. Chorost & Co. does not charge any additional fees for wire transfers made through our Client Services Team unless multiple wires are made for a single purchase. In this instance, the first wire will exclude any additional fees, with each subsequent wire accruing a $30 fee per payment. Please be aware that your financial institution may apply its fees for initiating a wire transfer.
All wire transfer orders placed by phone require confirmation through our formal order approval process. While we may initially acknowledge receipt of your order, it will not be processed until your payment has been received and verified, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If we do not receive and confirm your wire transfer within three (3) business days of placing the order, your order will be automatically cancelled. We recommend coordinating with your bank promptly to ensure timely processing and avoid cancellation.
Acknowledgement of Order
Once you’ve made your selections and submitted your order through the Chorost & Co. Platform, you will receive an Acknowledgment of Order via email. This message will include a summary of your order details and an Order Reference Number assigned by Chorost & Co. Please retain this reference number for any future questions or correspondence related to your purchase.
Please note that this Acknowledgment of Order does not constitute acceptance of your order. After it is sent, Chorost & Co. will carry out standard checks, including payment authorization, anti-fraud screening, and other security and legal verifications. If your order passes these checks, it will then proceed to the next stage of processing. If not, we will attempt to contact you for further information in an attempt to verify your order. Under some circumstances, such as orders flagged as high risk for fraud, your order will be cancelled immediately and the item(s) restocked to our website.
A copy of the Conditions of Sale will be included with your Acknowledgment of Order, either as a direct link or as a downloadable PDF. We strongly encourage you to review these terms carefully upon receipt.
Confirmation of Order
Once your order has successfully passed Chorost & Co.’s anti-fraud, security, and legal verification processes and has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a Confirmation of Order via email.
This written Confirmation of Order serves as official acceptance of your order and signifies the formation of a binding sales contract between you and Chorost & Co.

Proof of Agreement
The Acknowledgment of Order and Confirmation of Order emails sent to you are considered received once they are accessible on your computer, mobile device, or any other handheld device.
The Confirmation of Order, along with any automated records generated by the Chorost & Co. Platform or Client Services Team, will serve as evidence of a binding agreement between you and Chorost & Co.
Complimentary Services
Chorost & Co. is pleased to offer the following complimentary services to enhance your shopping experience:
All eligible orders are beautifully gift-wrapped and include a Chorost & Co. branded bag and specialty packaging (where applicable). Please note that gift wrapping may not be available for certain items, such as watch straps or refills.
You may include a custom gift message with your order. Chorost & Co. will print your message on a branded gift card and include it in the package. We reserve the right to refuse messages deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values.
Select products—such as rings, watches, writing instruments, and leather goods—may be eligible for engraving or embossing for an extra fee, as noted on the product page. Customization is subject to character limits and placement restrictions. If you would like to personalize your item, please contact our Client Services Team before placing your order to ensure that the personalization can be completed. Please note: Engraved or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Watch bracelet sizing is available on eligible models. If you request this service, any removed links will be included in the delivery package for future adjustments, and any added links may incur additional charges.
Shipping Policy
Chorost & Co. accepts orders for delivery to most locations worldwide, unless otherwise restricted by applicable trade laws or regulations. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy. Purchases over $1,500 can not be shipped to P.O. boxes. If you need to make special arrangements for delivery, please contact our Client Services Team prior to placing your order.
Standard Delivery: USPS Priority (except where prohibited by law) 2-3 Business Days Free for All Domestic Orders Over $200.00
EXPRESS: FedEx (except where prohibited by law) 1-2 Business Days If total merchandise value <$2000 = $75 per order *You must select overnight shipping at checkout. If total merchandise value >$2,000 = free.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not considered regular business days when calculating estimated delivery times. However, Saturday delivery may be available in select ZIP codes and may incur additional charges. For availability and pricing of express or weekend delivery services, please contact our Client Services Team directly.
When estimating your package’s delivery timeline, please factor in time for payment authorization, address verification, and order processing. Once your order has been approved and prepared for shipment, you will receive a Confirmation of Order via email.
For all orders placed through the Chorost & Co. Platform or Client Services Team, a shipment confirmation email will be sent, including tracking details for your delivery.
Each delivery will include the following, where applicable:
- The purchased Chorost & Co. product
- Any included accessories
- Warranty Card or Certificate of Authenticity *if applicable
Your official invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout as a .pdf attachment. If needed, request a copy of your invoice at any time by contacting our Client Services Team. We may request valid identification to fulfill such requests, for your protection.
Chorost & Co. insures every order during transit until it is safely delivered. A signature from an adult recipient is required upon delivery to confirm receipt. At the moment a signature is obtained, responsibility for the item passes to you.
If you designate someone else to receive your order (for example, when sending a gift), you agree that a signature from the recipient or anyone present at the delivery address will serve as proof of delivery and completion of the sale. Responsibility for the goods transfers at that point, just as if the item had been delivered directly to you.
Return Period
Chorost & Co. products purchased through the Chorost & Co. platform by phone through the Client Relations Team may be exchanged or returned for a refund or merchandise credit within seven (7) days following delivery. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for a full refund, if applicable.
Merchandise must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales receipt. Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, and made-to-order creations and items that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned. All returns and exchanges are subject to the further terms and conditions set forth below.
Return Process
Products that have been purchased on the Platform or with the Client Relations Team may be returned to the Chorost & Co. corporate office. A return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request. You are also welcome to visit any of our Chorost & Co. retail locations within Arizona or California to process the exchange or refund. Please allow several business days to see the refund on your bank statement.
Products that have not been purchased on the Platform or through the Client Relations Team may NOT be returned to Chorost & Co. via the Platform, Client Relations Team, or any retail location.
If a Customer or Gift Recipient wishes to return a product to the Chorost & Co. corporate office, then such person must comply with the following steps:
Should the Customer or Gift Recipient decide to return a purchased item within the 7 days, Chorost & Co. and the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, agree that Chorost & Co. maintains a special interest in the merchandise, therefore insurance for the full sale value of the item(s) must be purchased for the return shipping process.
The Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep proof of return shipment and the USPS or FedEx tracking number, and Chorost & Co. accepts no liability if such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by the Chorost & Co. corporate office will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Upon receiving a return, Chorost & Co. will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Conditions to Return a Product
Chorost & Co. products must be returned in an unused and unaltered state with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original Chorost & Co. or designer packaging, including all accessories and documents. Chorost & Co. will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the Customer’s request must be returned with the same number of links as in the original delivery package.
Engraved or embossed products, as well as special order, personalized, and made-to-order creations, cannot be returned to Chorost & Co. for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Chorost & Co. to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Chorost & Co. will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Cartier will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Refunds and Merchandise Credit
Should a product be returned to the Chorost & Co. corporate office by the Customer or the Gift Recipient, the Customer is entitled to receive a refund or a merchandise credit. A Gift Recipient is not entitled to receive a refund or merchandise credit. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for a full refund, if applicable
If a Customer’s return complies with the return policy, Chorost & Co. will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer’s credit card or PayPal account no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by the Chorost & Co. corporate office. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded to the Customer.
Exchanges
Customers and Gift Recipients may be permitted to exchange a product purchased on the Platform or by phone through the Client Relations Team for another Chorost & Co. product if the product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy within seven (7) days following delivery.
Chorost & Co. will send an invoice as a .pdf attachment to the Customer’s email address, which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the original product has been exchanged, and the difference to be paid by the Customer or the amount that the Customer is entitled to receive, as indicated below.
Should a product be returned for exchange to the Chorost & Co. corporate office by a Customer or Gift Recipient, only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged product. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the price difference.
Should a product be returned for exchange to a Chorost & Co. retail location, either the Customer or Gift Recipient will be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient making the exchange will be charged the price difference.
Defective Products
Chorost & Co. is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
If, nevertheless, you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Chorost & Co. per the return policy. Upon receipt, Chorost & Co. may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
If your product is declared as defective by Chorost & Co., the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable:
Only you, as the Customer, may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase.

Gifts
If you purchase a Cartier product as a gift for a Gift Recipient, you will receive an invoice to your email. Chorost & Co. will never send the invoice or payment details to the Gift Recipient.
Product Descriptions
We try to ensure that any information, including product descriptions, dimensions, and colors, provided on all platforms, in advertisements and catalogues, or supplied by the Client Relations Team, is accurate and complete. However, we make no guarantees, whether expressed or implied, concerning the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such information. In particular, any product description and information concerning the weight of precious materials, number of stones and carats, product dimensions, etc., is provided as an indication only and may vary slightly.
