Do you offer refunds?

Can you make me a custom piece?


Yes. To start the custom project process please complete our custom jewelry request form on our Custom Design page and we will contact you once we receive your request. . For more information on the process of Custom Design please email us at custom@chorostandco.com. 



How soon can I expect my purchase to arrive?


We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex.  This means it will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. If you need it any sooner, please reach out to us and we will arrange for a faster shipment. You can refer to our Shipping & Policies page for more information on shipping and prices.



I have jewelry I would like to sell or trade, would you be willing to buy it or take in trade?


Yes, however the trade process is tricky. You will need to fill out our trade request that can be found on our Trade Inquiry page. 



Could you tell me what my piece is worth?
