Shipping Policy

*International sales: Custom duties and taxes are responsible by the purchaser. We ship, insure, and value the shipment based on the final sales price. We will not adjust the values to be less than the actual purchase price, and we will not list the purchase as a “gift.”


Timeline: 

  • Ordered Before 10am MST (Week Day): Ships the Same Day

  • Ordered After 10am MST (Week Day): Ships the Following Day

  • Ordered Friday after 10am MST through Sunday: Ships the Following Monday


Fees

  • Domestic Orders Under $200: $9.00

  • Domestic Orders Over $200: Free

  • Next Business Day Shipping: $75.00

  • International Shipping (Outside of the United States): $75.00

  • Local Pickup: Free


Insurance:

  • All items are insured and shipped for final sale value. 

  • Insurance prevents Saturday deliveries. Please refer to the shipping timeline (above) for expected ship dates.

  • Signatures are required upon delivery for purchases over $200.

Return Policy

Website Purchases


  • You may return your purchase unused in original condition and packaging within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a full refund. 

  • Visibly used items and/or items which have been altered or damaged will be rejected and sent back without a refund.


Bank Wire Purchases: All sales are final.


Shipping:

  • Returns values under $1,500 may be sent via USPS Priority Mail with signature on delivery OR via FedEx with signature on delivery.

  • Returns valued over $1,500.00 must be sent via FedEx overnight with signature on delivery. Please tape and seal all corners and seams on the box. 

  • Please make sure the return is packaged well with plenty of padding to avoid damages during shipping. Damaged items (even if damaged during shipping) will not be refunded. 

  • You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.

Purchases Over $5,000

Bank wire transfers are required for payment; please contact us at sales@chorostandco.com to arrange for invoicing and receiving payment details.


If you would like to send a deposit to hold an item, the balance must be paid within seventy-two (72) hours, and additional fees will apply. If the balance is not paid-in-full within 72 hours, the item(s) will go back into inventory for sale, and the deposit will become store credit only


Wire transfers must be cleared into our account before items are shipped out, typically 1-2 business days after the transfer is made. 


Personal or business checks are never accepted. If you send us a check as payment for an order, the check will be sent back to you.
