International sales: Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship, insure, and value the shipment based on the final sales price. We will not adjust values or list purchases as a "gift."

All items are insured and shipped for final sale value.
Insurance prevents Saturday deliveries. Please refer to the shipping timeline for expected ship dates.
Signatures are required upon delivery for purchases over $200.
Website Purchases
You may return your purchase unused in original condition and packaging within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a full refund.
Visibly used items and/or items which have been altered or damaged will be rejected and sent back without a refund.
Bank Wire Purchases
All sales are final.
Return Shipping Requirements
Returns Under $1,500
USPS Priority Mail with signature on delivery OR FedEx with signature on delivery.
Returns Over $1,500
FedEx Overnight with signature on delivery. Please tape and seal all corners and seams on the box.
Package returns well with plenty of padding. Damaged items (even if damaged during shipping) will not be refunded. You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.
Purchases Over $5,000
Bank wire transfers are required for payment. Please contact us at sales@chorostandco.com to arrange for invoicing and payment details.
Deposits & Holds
Deposits to hold an item require the balance to be paid within 72 hours, and additional fees will apply.
If the balance is not paid in full within 72 hours, the item(s) will go back into inventory and the deposit will become store credit only.
Wire transfers must clear into our account before items are shipped (typically 1-2 business days).
Not Accepted
Personal or business checks are never accepted. If you send us a check as payment, it will be returned to you.
