Customers have 7 days, from the date they purchase an item in a store, to return it. Certain customer service situations may require a flex of this policy. If you need to break policy, please contact Zach before doing so.
If the item has been available, online, for less than 120 days, you will pay fill price. Please submit an employee purchase form by email or in person. Once an employee fills out the EP form, that is like a contract stating you understand the amount agreed upon for the item you are purchasing will come out of your next check on the next payroll cycle. Once the item has been paid for, you will receive the item within a few days.
If the item is older than 120 days of availability, you may request to purchase via an EP form at a discounted price (wholesale value).
If you would like to purchase an item that is in the case at your store, you can purchase it at the full retail price on the Chorost&Co. website. If the item is aged out (past 120 days of availability), you can send the item to PC, send an EP form, and purchase the item at wholesale value.
The short answer is... No. Each state cannot hold another's inventory in their case. However, if you have a client for it, wants to see it, purchase it, etc... you can request the item(s). The items have to be sent back if the customer does not purchase.
You can find the "2022 In-Store Sales Sheet" in Google Drive. You will add the date of your sale, PM#, amount sold for, tax collected, and sales person. PC will add the rest. Adding your sales quickly is important because Chorost&Co. sells on more than 7 different platforms and sells almost 200+ items per month. If an item is not removed quickly, there is a chance the item could sell somewhere else and jeopardize our ability to sell on those other platforms.
Absolutely! And you can add it to your sales sheet too.
Yes! Any sale that PMR helps Chorost&Co. with can be added to your sales sheet.
Chorost&Co. discounts each item every 30 days up to 120 days. After 120 days the item goes up for review. The piece is decided as AOK (Aged Out Keep), Melt, or Wholesale. If the item is AOK, employees working in PMR stores can purchase at wholesale price. (Contact Zach for this price).
Most of the time, the answer is yes. BUT, never give a discount without checking with Zach first. He will make sure that a discount is feasible and makes sense for that item. Chorost&Co. sells 80% of its inventory at a discounted rate. 99% of the time, the answer is yes, you can give a discount, but many factors play into giving a discount, so always check first!
Check with Zach first but you can send the item to PC and PC will work to get it back to your case by the next PFI pickup/drop-off. If you don't want that specific item back, let us know, and you can replace it with something different. Always request, here, in the store center.
